Candidates should have a proven sales record and the ability to advise customers on financing and insurance options. You'll be involved in developing the sales team and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Benefits include 25 days holiday, a company car, and various employee incentives.
We are currently recruiting for a Retail Manager to join our CUPRA Dealership in Coventry.
The hours of work are Monday to Saturday, with a day off in the week and working Sundays on a rota basis. Benefits include the use of a company car and an OTE of £55,400.
Within each of our dealerships we have specialists who can guide and offer customers comprehensive support in all of their vehicle financing and insurance requirements.
As a Retail Manager with Listers you will grow all aspects of sales gross profit, specialising in finance, insurance and value added products. You will be at the core of customer enquiries and assist in developing the sales team.
