Business Reservations Officer
W1 Campus, 110 Harley Street, working across The Harley Street Clinic and The Princess Grace Hospital
Full time, 37.5 hours per week

Monday – Friday, on site full time

We’re looking for a Business Reservations Officer to join our Business Development Team based at the W1 Campus, 110 Harley Street. Within this role, you will coordinate all outpatient bookings to maximise the use of the available resources across the clinic. You will have a good understanding of the needs of the business and actively strive to build and maintain good working relationships with consultants and their secretaries accordingly.

What you’ll do:
  • Liaise with consultants’ secretaries to obtain daily lists of outpatient visits
  • Room diary management for all OPD buildings across The Harley Street campus
  • Handle telephone enquiries making bookings and referring calls where appropriate
  • Ensure that all consultants who are using the consulting rooms at The Harley Street Campus are licensed to do so
  • Liaise with the clinical team for booking in patients for tests and investigations
  • Handling telephone enquiries in regards of OPD bookings
  • Monitoring and ordering of stationery
  • Maintaining office equipment and report faults
  • Filing office documents
  • Ad hoc duties that required as per business needs
What you’ll bring:
  • Previous admin experience within a hospital setting is essential
  • Good Communication skills
  • Excellent IT skills including fast and accurate typing, intermediate to advanced usage of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Experience of Meditech preferable
  • Knowledge of relevant hospital policies and procedures including Health and Safety
