A leading tech company in the UK seeks a Business Recruiter to own the full-cycle recruitment process, collaborating with hiring managers across non-technical organizations. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience and be skilled in recruitment tools. This role offers a competitive equity package, health insurance, and a diverse team culture.

As a Business Recruiter on our global team, every hire you bring to Miro will enable teams to create the next big thing. In this role, you will partner closely with hiring managers across all non-technical organizations to align on talent strategy, you will serve as a candidate advocate while ensuring a top-notch experience, and lastly, you will drive an effective interview process that evaluates against Miro’s high bar for performance, potential and the mindsets that create our culture.
