Job summary

Isio is seeking a Business Readiness Senior Analyst - Pensions to join our Client Onboarding & Change division. The role ensures people, processes, and operational teams are prepared for change programmes, system implementations, and new ways of working, delivering strong customer service outcomes.

Based in a regional city centre with a hybrid workstyle, you will bridge project delivery and operational adoption, lead stakeholder engagement, training deployment, and drive readiness across pension

Qualifications

• Knowledge of UK Defined Benefit Pension Schemes and pension administration processes.
• Experience with change programmes and transformation initiatives.
• Ability to manage stakeholders and communicate effectively.
• Understanding of onboarding principles and training deployment.

Business Readiness Senior Analyst - Pensions

The Business Readiness function is a newly formed team within Client Onboarding & Change division / Pension Administration service line.

The Business Readiness Senior Analyst is responsible for ensuring that people, processes, and operational teams are prepared for business change, transformation programmes, system implementations, or new ways of working. All of which have a direct and immediate impact of Isio’s ability to deliver first class customer service to associated stakeholder groups (i.e. members and trustees)

This role plays a significant part in bridging the gap between project delivery and operational adoption, ensuring that people, processes, and technology are aligned for successful change outcomes. The role may include some team management responsibilities.

This new role can be based in any of our regional city centre offices with a hybrid workstyle.

What we’re looking for

• Knowledge and experience of working with UK Defined Benefit Pension Schemes


• Strong understanding of operating models within Pensions Administration - including systems, processes and associated complexities

• Experience of working across and with multi-discipline teams and functions


• Understanding of change management and the change management lifecycle


• Understanding of new scheme/client onboarding principles and practices
