Job summary

Isio is seeking a Business Readiness Analyst to ensure people, processes and technology are aligned for change within Client Onboarding & Change.

This role bridges project delivery and operational adoption to protect service levels for members and trustees, with hybrid work from regional offices in the UK.

You will drive change readiness, stakeholder engagement, communication, training and reporting to support successful transformations across pension schemes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate Business Readiness & Change Management activities.
• Engage stakeholders across functions to ensure alignment.
• Develop and execute communications and training plans.
• Support user adoption and training material creation.
• Produce ongoing reporting on readiness, risks and progress.
• Provide project and change support to delivery teams.
• Apply problem solving to remove barriers to adoption.

Job description

The Business Readiness function is a newly formed team within Client Onboarding & Change division / Pension Administration service line.

The Business Readiness Analyst focuses on ensuring the business is prepared for change, whether that's a new system, process, operating model, or transformation initiative. All of which have a direct and immediate impact of Isio’s ability to deliver first class customer service to associated stakeholder groups (i.e. members and trustees)

This role helps to support the bridging of the gaps between project delivery and operational adoption, ensuring that people, processes, and technology are aligned for successful change outcomes.

This new role can be based in any of our regional city centre offices with a hybrid workstyle.
