We're now looking for a BPO for UKI Service Logistics, who's primary responsibility will be to manage complex supply chain operations, delivery networks, and large-scale warehousing programs. Combining operational expertise with strong financial and project management skills, you'll drive efficiency and innovation across transport and logistics solutions.

A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE
  • Lead Standardisation Across the Network: Drive consistent practices across warehousing, transport, and call centre operations, ensuring alignment with global standards and regional requirements.
  • Champion Innovation and Growth: Identify and implement new processes and solutions that enhance productivity, stimulate growth, and deliver competitive advantage.
  • Deliver Operational Excellence: Oversee continuous improvement initiatives, process optimization, and cost efficiency to achieve EBIT and Gross Profit targets.
  • Enable Seamless Customer Integration: Support onboarding of new business, migration to standard operating models, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through best‑in‑class service delivery.
  • Influence and Collaborate at Senior Level: Work closely with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to secure buy‑in for strategic changes and drive regional projects aligned with growth objectives.
THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO
  • Experienced in Supply Chain and Warehousing: Ideal for individuals with a strong background in managing inventory, storage solutions, and end‑to‑end supply chain processes.
  • Knowledge of Deliveries and Transport Management: Someone who understands time‑critical delivery operations and has experience coordinating transport fleets efficiently.
  • Proven Program and Project Management Skills: A candidate who can lead complex initiatives, manage multiple stakeholders, and deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Financial Acumen: Individuals comfortable with budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting to ensure operational profitability.
  • Strong Logistics Operations Expertise: Someone with hands‑on experience in operational warehousing and transport, capable of managing large‑scale logistics networks and resolving challenges quickly
