Overview

Business & Private PA - Remote and visiting office & household when required West London

This is an interesting and extremely varied role for a PA/Private PA with excellent business and private support skills. Charming and inclusive Principal with 3 different businesses and a busy private life needs your help!

Responsibilities
  • Provide business and private PA support for the Principal with 3 different businesses and a busy private life. Duties include writing copy and drafting emails on the Principal’s behalf and tracking commitments and "must do" lists for the different businesses (healthcare and a private investment company). Familiar with modern tech and Artificial Intelligence to compose copy across categories and keep company websites updated.
  • Manage a busy diary for both business and private matters, organising business and private travel with detailed itineraries.
  • Keep company administration up to date and plan future requirements/important diary dates. Organise meetings and agendas; keep the boss on track.
  • On-site work initially in West London for 2–3 months, 3 days a week, to establish working relationship and trust.
  • Provide private support for the Principal and the household: arranging private travel and itineraries/holidays and conducting research. Coordinate stays at Ireland and Wiltshire residences, organise stays, household staff, and requirements when the family is staying there; deal with trades, repairs/builders/interior designers/deliveries and check invoices and payments.
  • Oversee and assist with hiring of all household staff including nannies; manage rotas and address issues to keep the households running smoothly.
  • Handle insurances, cars, health and household items; obtain quotes and compare options.
  • Personal shopping and assisting with Christmas gifting and parcels; ensure everything is done on time.
  • Support a busy and happy family with a hands-on, positive approach; this role supports both business and private life in a remote capacity and requires a long-term commitment (2 years+).

  • Willingness to work on-site initially and work remotely thereafter; flexible to travel as needed.
