Recruiting a highly experienced Executive Assistant to support the CEO of a leading investment management firm in the finance sector. This is a 14-month maternity cover contract, based in central London. The role offers the chance to work closely with the CEO across both corporate and select private matters, making it an exceptional opportunity for a polished, discreet, and ambitious EA.

Key responsibilities for this Executive Assistant position
  • Provide comprehensive EA support to the CEO, including complex diary, travel, and board‑level coordination
  • Prepare and manage board materials, reports, presentations, and briefing documents
  • Act as gatekeeper and first point of contact, managing communications with senior stakeholders and partners
  • Oversee corporate administration, including expenses, invoicing, and vendor management
  • Support with select private office and family administration duties, alongside mentoring a Private PA
  • Manage artwork, insurance, and household administration projects where required
  • Ensure strict confidentiality and discretion across all matters
Background and experience
  • Extensive experience as a Business/Private Executive Assistant to C‑suite level, ideally within financial services, professional services, or a private family office
  • Strong project management and multitasking skills in fast‑moving environments
  • Exceptional communication, organisation, and stakeholder management abilities
  • Proven ability to manage both corporate and private responsibilities with integrity and discretion
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 / Google Workspace, diary management, expenses, and board documentation
  • A calm, professional, and resilient approach
