A leading energy company in the United Kingdom is seeking a Project Management Officer to manage the Planning and Controls function within the Transmission IT Digital Team. The ideal candidate will lead the project management office and ensure effective governance in the delivery of IT Digital projects. Base Location: Glasgow, Perth or Aberdeen
Salary: £66,100 - £99,100 + performance-related bonus + car allowance and a range of benefits to support your finances, wellbeing and family.

The role will be responsible for Managing the Planning and controls function within the Transmission IT Digital Team to support the delivery of the full IT Digital Projects portfolio. The Planning and Controls department leads three core pillars within the IT department of the Transmission business: Portfolio Management Office (PMO), Fiscal Control and Compliance. It is responsible for implementing and overseeing effective governance controls across entire IT Digital Function. Provide effective reporting on all aspects of programmedelivery, including progress to plan; programme financial status; Risks / issues. Evaluate & propose ways in which to better facilitate the cross portfolio delivery with the business. Coordination of all necessary Finance Forecasting and Budgeting requirements on behalf of Transmission IT.
