Job Title: Business Partner
Location: Field–based (with travel across multiple UK sites)
We are recruiting for a Business Partner to lead the delivery of our recruitment solution across a multi–site operation. This is a field–based role involving travel to different client locations four days a week, with one day working remotely. The role is ideally suited to someone based in the Midlands or Southwest corridor to ensure accessibility to the sites. You will be responsible for ensuring service levels are met, building strong relationships with stakeholders, and supporting both tactical and strategic workforce needs.
