We’re looking for a talented Business Specialist to join the Octopus Electroverse for Business team, to offer next-level customer service and support our business customers in their transition to sustainable energy.

What You’ll do…

• Support Clients: Provide exceptional support to both new and existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and their experience is top-notch.
• Vetting & KYB Checks: Handle the vetting of new sign-ups and conduct Know Your Business (KYB) checks to ensure compliance standards
• Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with our product and tech teams to address user requests and share feedback, making sure our products evolve to meet client needs.
