The Business Operations Partner is a strategic partner to executive leadership, responsible for driving operational excellence, aligning cross-functional priorities, and enabling effective decision-making. This role ensures that strategic initiatives are executed efficiently, internal communications are streamlined, and organizational goals are met with clarity and accountability. Familiarity with cybersecurity, physical security, risk management, regulatory compliance, and/or the healthcare industry is desired, but a proven track record of driving continuous improvements and critical thinking is essential.
This is a full-time position Monday - Friday, with standard working hours.
Note: This is a global role - you will need to have flexibility to work later or start earlier when needed to work across global time zones.
