Job summary

A recruitment firm is seeking an experienced Business Operations Manager to lead a new Central Business Support team. You will manage a team focused on driving efficiency across sales support services and oversee core operational processes. The ideal candidate has a strong background in sales operations and experience with ERP systems. This is a full-time, permanent role with 4 days on-site and 1 day travel around the UK.

  • Define and monitor SLAs / KPIs, ensuring high-quality service delivery.

  • Collaborate with Sales, Transport, Finance and Shared Services to resolve issues and improve processes.
  • Lead continuous improvement, standardisation and digital adoption.
  • Liaise with customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders.
  • Report on performance trends, risks and operational improvements.

WE Talent are working with a major UK organisation who are seeking an experienced Business Operations Manager to lead a new Central Business Support team. This role is key to driving efficiency, consistency and scalability across sales support services, enabling commercial teams to focus on value-adding activity.

You’ll manage a regionally aligned team, oversee core operational processes, and represent the function in business-wide change and transformation initiatives.

Contract: Full-time, permanent, 4 days on-site with 1 day travel around the UK.

Key Responsibilities
