Job description

The Business Operations Manager will lead and coordinate all Business Enablement functions to ensure Daintta operates as a transparent, compliant, efficient and scalable organisation. This position provides day‑to‑day management, oversight and continuous improvement across compliance, IT operations, resource & utilisation, employee lifecycle, office management, social values & wellbeing. The role ensures Daintta maintains high‑quality internal operations, a positive and safe employee experience, strong governance, and a robust compliance framework, supporting the company’s growth trajectory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver daily, weekly, monthly business activities to ensure smooth running of the business. This will require working closely with internal and external functions and roles (e.g. HR, Sales, Professions, External Suppliers, etc).
  • Budget & performance management and monitoring across relevant areas to meet business goals, financial stability and operational performance (e.g. develop and track KPIs and financial metrics).
  • Own and manage all compliance, policy, and governance activities across Daintta.
  • Oversee the full lifecycle of policies, procedures, plans and standards, ensuring they remain up‑to‑date, accurate and compliant with legal, regulatory, HR, data protection, ISO standards, and client requirements.
  • Conduct and oversee internal and external compliance audits; ensure agreed recommendations are implemented.
  • Monitor, track and report organisational compliance performance.
  • Ensure staff comply with policies, processes and plans; identify non‑compliance and support remediation.
  • Provide management and oversight to business operations functional areas including, employee lifecycle management, resourcing, resource demand management and utilisation, sales operations, IT operations, social values, health and wellbeing, office and facilities management.
  • Continuously improve and build to scale.
  • Drive simplification of processes and frictionless ways of working across all business operations.
  • Identify opportunities to automate, standardise and streamline workflows.
  • Ensure Business Enablement supports Daintta's growth and creates a scalable operational backbone.
  • Oversee internal communications.
  • Adhere to Daintta values of transparent, fair and daring at all times.

Hybrid, with 2-3 days working from Daintta office (London/Cheltenham) or on client site as required
