What you'll be responsible for:

The selected candidate for the Business Operations Consultant role will oversee business operations, manage diverse programs, implement strategic operational plans, and ensure the smooth execution of organizational processes. You will:

• Turn leadership goals into clear plans, roadmaps, and projects
• Own key workstreams across strategy, operations, go-to-market (GTM), or transformation
• Analyze performance and surface insights that drive decisions
• Design and improve processes so teams execute faster
• Partner with senior stakeholders (C‑suite, VP, functional heads) on high‑impact initiatives
• Build clear reporting so everyone knows what's working

You’ll be a strong match if you have:

• 3-5+ years in consulting (MBB, Big 4, or boutique firms) or strategic operations roles
• Experience owning end‑to‑end delivery of strategic initiatives, whether in strategy, operations, GTM, or transformation and translating executive vision into executable roadmaps and workstreams
• Strong analytical capabilities and you're able to build models, interpret data, and extract actionable insights that inform decisions
• Expertise in process design and optimization that helps teams move faster and execute more effectively
• The ability to partner with and influence senior stakeholders (C‑suite, VP‑level, functional leaders) without direct authority
• Excellence in communication with the ability to distill complexity into clarity, whether through presentations, dashboards, or conversations
• Comfort operating in ambiguous, fast‑moving environments where you define the path forward
