Job description
Responsibilities

Will provide expert risk advice to senior stakeholders on operational risk matters and act as a key liaison with the Risk Management Group and other support functions to ensure compliance with policy and framework requirements. Collaborating with the business, you will investigate operational risk incidents and issues, assisting in the development of appropriate remediation plans. Furthermore, you will work closely with senior management to execute change initiatives effectively.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading the Counterparty Onboarding Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) process to ensure effective risk management practices. You will oversee testing and validation efforts to confirm that controls are well-designed and function as intended.

Qualifications
  • 8+ years of cumulative experience in risk management or internal control roles
  • Experience in internal or external audit, ideally in client onboarding or financial crime areas
  • Ability to drive change and build risk awareness with a continuous improvement mindset
  • Agile and capable of balancing commercial issues within a risk framework
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with various stakeholders
  • Strong sense of accountability and a desire to work in a fast‑paced environment
