A global financial services group is seeking an experienced Risk Manager to provide expert advice and lead key risk management processes. Responsibilities include collaborating with senior management to execute change initiatives and investigating operational risk incidents. The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of experience in risk management and possess strong stakeholder collaboration skills, with opportunities for hybrid and flexible working arrangements.
Will provide expert risk advice to senior stakeholders on operational risk matters and act as a key liaison with the Risk Management Group and other support functions to ensure compliance with policy and framework requirements. Collaborating with the business, you will investigate operational risk incidents and issues, assisting in the development of appropriate remediation plans. Furthermore, you will work closely with senior management to execute change initiatives effectively.
In this role, you will be responsible for leading the Counterparty Onboarding Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) process to ensure effective risk management practices. You will oversee testing and validation efforts to confirm that controls are well-designed and function as intended.
