BUSINESS MANAGER – GUCCI

SELFRIDGES, TRAFFORD CENTRE

FULL TIME, 37.5 HOURS A WEEK

RESPONSIBILITIES

The Business Manager will be responsible for driving sales, ensuring excellent execution, managing and motivating the team. The ideal candidate should have experience in team management, a strong sales background, and proven expertise in beauty, with high-level make-up artistry and preferred fragrance knowledge.

Your main focus includes:

• Managing distribution of targets to the team (daily, weekly, monthly) and coaching to achieve sales goals
• Building customer relationships to influence, sell, and upsell
• Leading by example as a brand ambassador, maintaining brand equity, and adhering to company uniform and grooming standards
• Utilizing iPads for email, reporting, and VM guidelines
• Monitoring business performance, competitor activity, and market share
