Communications team to deliver engaging division-wide communications, including town halls, newsletters, and social media updates, ensuring stakeholders receive relevant and timely information. You will also provide business updates and data to the Macquarie Asset Management Executive Committee and Central Management Team, and oversee the refresh of essential resources such as strategy overviews, team summaries, and both internal and external communications platforms. Additionally, you will facilitate the reward and recognition of team members by managing award nominations and celebrating outstanding contributions, helping to foster a culture of appreciation and excellence within the division. As the Business Manager, you will work closely with the Global Head of Credit and Insurance to deliver on key priorities for the division. You will support the execution of strategic initiatives, collaborate with the Credit and Insurance Leadership Advisory Body to develop recommendations and oversee the implementation of action plans, and help coordinate leadership and governance meetings.
