Are you ready to lead and shape the future of our Aggregates division? We're looking for a dynamic Business Manager to drive strategic and operational excellence at Cliffe Hill. In this pivotal role, you'll:

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage all site operations, ensuring safety, environmental, and financial targets are met.
  • Champion continuous improvement and operational efficiency across a 3MT operation and a team of 100 FTE.
  • Provide strategic insight through business intelligence initiatives, monthly review packs, and KPI monitoring.
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to influence decision‑making and deliver sustainable growth.
  • The main activities of the role involves leading, directing and managing the operational team to achieve its performance objectives.
  • Take statutory responsibility for operations (8.1c) and ensure the highest standards of health and safety.
  • Lead, direct, and inspire the operational team to achieve ambitious performance targets.
  • Challenge forecasts and budgets, analyse variances, and deliver actionable insights.
  • Produce and present monthly business review packs to senior stakeholders.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to boost efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
  • Collaborate across functions to align operations with strategic priorities.
  • Oversee business intelligence projects and support transformation initiatives.
