A leading automotive retailer in Tees Valley is seeking a Business Manager to spearhead their sales team and ensure compliance with financial regulations. You will be responsible for coaching staff, monitoring performance, and building lasting customer relationships. Ideal candidates will have automotive management experience and a strong customer service focus. This role offers competitive remuneration and comprehensive benefits.

Hours: MONDAY - FRIDAY 9.00-6.00PM WITH ONE DAY OFF DURING THE WEEK SAT 9.00-5.00 SUN - ON A ROTA SYSTEM
At Volkswagen Teesside our Business Managers are the driving force behind the success of our sales team.
Our Business Managers play an essential role within the dealership from coaching and development through to assisting management in planning and forecasting trends. You will also act as a role model for customer service excellence for the team, always leading by example. You will develop long-lasting, meaningful relationships with our customers and coach and motivate the team to do so too.
To succeed within this role, you will have previous management experience within the automotive experience as well as a proven track record of coaching and developing Sales Teams. You will also be passionate about providing first class customer care and engagement.
You have experience monitoring financial performance against budget, as well as the ability to identify and address shortfalls. It is important that you have a sound understanding of financial and insurance product regulations. You can demonstrate a solid understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance, regarding the sale of finance and insurance products. You will also be a well-organised individual who is process orientated whilst also taking a hands-on approach.
You will require a full UK driving licence for this position.
