Business Manager - Reed Colchester?? Location: G4, 159 Princes Street Ground Floor, Connexions, Ipswich IP1 1QJ?? Driving Requirement: Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle essential? Hybrid Working: 3-4 days in-office, 1-2 days from home (full-time office-based during induction)?? Salary: £30,000 - £43,000 (DOE) + £2,000 car allowance + uncapped bonus potential?? Contract: Permanent, full-time (37.5 hours/week, Monday to Friday)

About the Role

We're seeking a motivated Senior Recruiter or Recruitment Manager ready to take the next step into leadership. You'll be driving the growth of a small, dedicated team specialising in Business Support recruitment across Colchester and surrounding areas.

The team currently includes both Temps and Perms recruiters, and you'll inherit a warm desk with strong client relationships. With the potential to bill £500k, this desk is primed for success but hasn't yet reached its full potential-previously managed on a part-time basis.
