Job summary

Oldfield School is seeking a dedicated Business Manager to lead, operate, maintain and develop the school's financial procedures and systems, enabling delivery of the curriculum and extracurricular activities.

You will implement health and safety policies, oversee fire risk assessment and asbestos management, and take a lead role in data protection, ensuring compliance across the school while supporting staff development through tailored CPD opportunities.

Organisation/School: Oldfield School

A dedicated, solution-focused Business Manager is required to lead, operate, maintain and develop the financial procedures and systems of the school while providing excellent working and recreational facilities for staff and students that facilitate delivery of an effective curriculum and extra-curricular activities. Implementing the school's health and safety policies and ensuring compliance with legislation in relation to health and safety, fire risk assessment and asbestos management will be key responsibilities as well as leading on data protection.
