A health insurance company is seeking candidates for a Level 4 Business Transformation Fellowship. This role involves developing management skills across three rotations while enhancing business analysis capabilities. Candidates should possess strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills backed by a degree with a minimum grade of 2.1. You’ll build your management skills across a range of disciplines whilst studying for the Business Transformation Fellowship, a Level 4 apprenticeship programme.
The Business Transformation Fellowship will equip you with the skills you need to manage projects and drive change in the modern workplace.
Over the course of the scheme, you’ll complete three 12‑month rotations across the breadth of our business in Group functions.
You’ll have a rare opportunity to gain broad experience in how we operate and be supported to complete the Business Transformation Fellow qualification at the same time.
You’ll develop essential skills such as self‑awareness, effective working, communication, team working, influencing and leadership, as well as critical business skills like project management, commercial awareness and business awareness.
