Responsibilities
  • Business Analysis & Reporting: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends and opportunities. Prepare regular reports and dashboards for leadership teams.
  • Project & Program Management: Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing business projects. Track progress, manage timelines, and ensure deliverables meet quality standards.
  • Financial & Budget Oversight: Support budgeting, forecasting, and expense tracking processes. Provide insights to optimise resource allocation and cost efficiency.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to drive business priorities. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Process Improvement: Identify gaps in current processes and recommend enhancements. Implement best practices to improve operational efficiency.
  • Risk & Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements. Assist in risk assessment and mitigation strategies.
Qualifications
