Morgan Hunt UK Ltd is recruiting an experienced Business Lecturer for a temporary, part-time role in London. You will deliver Business lessons across FE levels and support learners.

The role requires BTEC curriculum delivery, personal tutoring, and assessment duties, with opportunities to influence learner progression. The contract is 24 hours per week at up to £40 per hour, starting ASAP.

Formación

• Degree and/or professional qualification in Business or related subject.
• Full teaching qualification.
• Evidence of CPD.
• Level 2 English and/or Maths or willing to achieve.
• At least one year's experience as a personal tutor.
• Experience teaching Business across different levels.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver engaging, high-quality Business lessons across different levels of the curriculum.
• Plan and develop schemes of learning, lesson plans and teaching resources with differentiation.
• Deliver and assess learner progress and outcomes.
• Act as personal tutor, providing academic guidance and regular feedback.
• Monitor, record and report student progress, attendance and targets.
• Use ProMonitor to maintain learner records and run online assessments.
• Utilise Google Classroom and Microsoft Teams to support teaching, learning and assessment.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, high-quality Business lessons across different levels of the curriculum.
• Plan and develop schemes of learning, lesson plans and teaching resources, ensuring differentiation for learners with varying needs and abilities.
• Deliver and assess

BTEC Business qualifications in line with curriculum and awarding body requirements.

• Act as a personal tutor, providing academic guidance, pastoral support and regular feedback to learners.
• Monitor, record and report on student progress, attendance, achievement and targets.
• Complete online assessments and maintain accurate learner records using relevant systems, including ProMonitor.
• Use

Google Classroom and Microsoft Teams effectively to support teaching, learning and assessment.

• Follow quality assurance and assessment procedures to maintain high teaching standards.
• Deliver creative and innovative lessons that encourage learner engagement and achievement.
• Ensure compliance with safeguarding, Prevent, health and safety legislation and relevant college policies.
• Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to continuous improvement in teaching and learning.

About You

We're looking for someone who has:

• A relevant

degree and/or professional qualification in Business or a related subject.

• A full teaching qualification.
• Evidence of continuous professional development (CPD).
• Level 2 English and/or Maths, or a willingness to achieve the required qualification within an agreed timeframe.
• At least one year's experience as a personal tutor within the relevant curriculum area.
• Experience teaching Business across different levels.
• Excellent knowledge of

BTEC curriculum structure and delivery.

• Relevant industry experience in Business or a related field.
• Experience developing schemes of learning, lesson plans and differentiated teaching resources.
• Experience delivering high-quality lessons and completing online assessments.
• Experience using

ProMonitor, Google Classroom and Microsoft Teams.

• Knowledge of quality assurance, assessment processes and Further Education policies.
• An understanding of safeguarding, Prevent, health and safety and learner welfare.
• Excellent interpersonal, organisational, written and verbal communication skills.
• The ability to maintain accurate records and produce relevant documentation as required.
