Job summary

Morgan Hunt is seeking experienced Business Lecturers for temporary assignments across Cambridge and Bedford starting September 2026. The role involves delivering Business Studies across FE programmes, preparing materials, and monitoring learner progress in well-established FE settings.

Ideal candidates hold a degree in Business or related fields, have teaching experience, and preferably a PGCE or equivalent. DBS check is desirable.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Management, Economics, or a related discipline.
• Previous teaching or training experience.
• Teaching qualification (PGCE, Cert Ed, DTLLS, or equivalent) desirable.
• Enhanced DBS or willingness to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Business Studies lessons across FE programmes.
• Teach subjects including Business, Management, Marketing, Entrepreneurship, and related vocational qualifications.
• Prepare lesson plans, assessments, and learning materials.
• Monitor learner progress and provide timely feedback.
• Support students to achieve their academic and career goals.
• Maintain accurate records in line with college policies.

We are seeking experienced and enthusiastic Business Lecturers for temporary assignments within Further Education colleges across Cambridge and Bedford starting in September 2026.
