Amazon Warehousing and Distribution (AWD) is seeking an exceptional Business Intelligence Manager to drive data-driven growth initiatives and shape the future of our global supply chain solutions.

We're revolutionizing supply chain optimization by extending Amazon's world-class logistics capabilities to global sellers, enabling them to optimize their on and off-Amazon sales channels worldwide. As a core component of Supply Chain by Amazon, we're building a multi-tenant, bulk storage and distribution service that empowers businesses with cost-effective, flexible, and reliable end-to-end supply chain solutions.
The Role:
As Business Intelligence Manager, you will:
• Lead a dynamic team developing critical data insights and analytics infrastructure
• Partner with global executive management to inform strategic decision-making
• Design and implement measurement and reporting frameworks
• Drive data-driven solutions for our rapidly scaling business
• Collaborate with teams across US, Europe, Japan, and other regions
- 7+ years of business intelligence and analytics experience
- 5+ years of delivering results managing a business intelligence or analytics team, including employee development and performance management experience
- Experience with SQL
- Experience with ETL
- Experience with data visualization using Tableau, Quicksight, or similar tools
- Experience with R, Python, Weka, SAS, Matlab or other statistical/machine learning software
- 4+ years of working with very large data warehousing environment experience
- 10+ years of data warehouse technical architectures, data modeling, infrastructure components, ETL/ ELT and reporting/analytic tools and environments, data structures and hands-on SQL coding experience
