Job summary

Wolters Kluwer is seeking a Business Intelligence Manager focused on CCH Tagetik to design, optimize and maintain planning and reporting solutions. You will drive data-driven decision-making, improve system performance and support continuous financial process improvement.

The role is based in the UK with potential alignment to London, requiring collaboration with Accounting, FP&A and IT teams to deliver scalable BI solutions and governance across data platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/Data Technology, Accounting or Finance.
• 5+ years of experience with CPM systems.
• Hands-on experience configuring and managing CCH Tagetik for planning and reporting.
• Strong FP&A and financial reporting understanding.
• Knowledge of database, data warehouse and BI design concepts.
• Experience with data imports, transformation rules and ERP integrations.
• Experience creating Power BI datasets and dashboards.
• Ability to design cubes, dimensions and financial data structures.
• Proven ability to build reports and dashboards for management.
• Data querying capabilities including development and execution of queries.

Responsibilities

• Independently execute specialized tasks driving high-quality financial and operational insights.
• Design, develop and maintain CCH Tagetik applications including budgeting, forecasting and reporting.
• Configure and optimize CCH Tagetik data models, cubes and dimensions for complex planning scenarios.
• Develop and maintain ETL processes and data integration workflows for data accuracy.
• Lead creation and optimization of CCH Tagetik reports, dashboards and disclosures.
• Perform in-depth financial/operational data analysis to support decisions.
• Collaborate with Accounting, FP&A and IT to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Manage system performance, data loads, calculations and automation.
• Conduct root cause analysis on data discrepancies and system issues.
• Drive data governance, validation rules and audit trails within CCH Tagetik.

• We drive further expansion of the Health Data Platform and support the development of Power BI based reporting tools.

We are seeking a Business Intelligence Manager with a focus on CCH Tagetik to help design, optimize, and maintain CCH Tagetik and Health Data Platform/Power BI-based solutions for planning and reporting.
