Job Description: Are you passionate about data and analytics, with a keen eye for detail and a drive to make a real impact? We’re looking for a talented Business Intelligence Analyst to join our Information Technology department. Reporting to the Business Intelligence Team Leader, you’ll play a key role in delivering data-driven insights and supporting our organisation’s strategic decision-making.

The Job: As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you’ll be delivering high-quality data and reporting solutions that empower teams across the business. You’ll be responsible for:

  • Designing and developing strategic and operational reporting solutions
  • Writing and troubleshooting SQL queries and report performance issues
  • Collaborating with business stakeholders to align reporting with team needs
  • Supporting self-service users with Power BI guidance and training
  • Developing and maintaining Fabric data pipelines for certified datasets
  • Promoting the importance of quality KPIs as drivers for change
  • Staying up to date with Microsoft technology roadmaps and leveraging Fabric for innovation
  • Providing documentation, training, and day-to-day support across BI functions
  • Assisting IT colleagues with technical challenges and contributing to ITIL Change Management

You’ll be working with tools such as Power BI (DAX, data modelling, transformation, and visualisation), T-SQL, SSRS/Paginated Reports, and APIs. Experience with Fabric, Power Automate, Python, Azure technologies, Office 365, Dynamics 365, and Agile methodologies is a plus.
