Axiom is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst in Belfast to surface operational insights, maintain data assets, and publish dashboards for stakeholders. You will query and clean data, build reports, and contribute to a data-driven culture.
Reporting to the Manager, BI and Analytics, you will grow technical skills while supporting daily operations and BI deliveries across Product, Technology, Finance, and Sales teams.

The Business Intelligence Analyst plays a supportive role in transforming Axiom into a data-driven company. You will help surface critical operational insights to stakeholders, ensure our data assets are well-maintained, and bring transparency to our daily operations. You will pull up your sleeves to query, clean, and publish data, building the reports and dashboards our teams use to make informed decisions. Reporting directly to the Manager, Business Intelligence and Analytics, this role is an excellent opportunity to grow your technical skills while contributing to a growing data culture.
