Business Information Security Officer (BISO)

Location: City of London (Hybrid)

A leading financial services organisation is looking to appoint a Business Information Security Officer (BISO) to join its growing Information Security function.

Working closely with the Head of Information Security, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering key security initiatives, partnering with stakeholders across the business to strengthen cyber resilience and embed security best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support Data Loss Prevention (DLP) and Insider Risk initiatives.
• Drive the implementation and ongoing maturity of Privileged Access Management (PAM).
• Deliver and enhance phishing awareness and simulation campaigns.
• Manage cyber risk associated with third-party suppliers and vendors.
• Support enterprise Cyber Risk Management activities and security governance.
• Build strong relationships with business stakeholders and act as a trusted security partner.

About You

You'll have experience across several of the following:

• Insider Risk
• Privileged Access Management (PAM)
• Phishing awareness programmes
• Third-Party Supplier Risk Management

Experience within financial services or another highly regulated environment is highly desirable.
