A leading defense contractor in the United Kingdom is seeking a Business Improvement Specialist – Data and Systems to enhance operational excellence at their Helensburgh site. You will design advanced dashboards, lead improvement projects using Lean and Agile methodologies, and collaborate with various stakeholders. As a Business Improvement Specialist – Data and Systems, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. You’ll be at the forefront of operational excellence, using data to unlock smarter ways of working across our Clyde site. This is a dynamic opportunity to lead impactful change, develop cutting‑edge dashboards, and influence strategic decisions that support national defence and engineering innovation.
Day‑to‑day, you’ll be:
This role is full time, 36 hours per week Monday to Thursday 07:15 – 16:45 and provides hybrid working arrangements.
The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role.
