Job description

To support the Head of Performance Growth and Change in leading and delivering strategic business improvement initiatives across NIHE Direct’s Maintenance Services, driving operational efficiency, service excellence and continuous improvement. The post holder will champion innovation, manage change and support the development of a high performing, customer focused maintenance service in line with NIHE Direct’s Business Objectives and NIHE vision and values.Please see employer website for full job details & person specification.

Responsibilities
  • To lead, manage and mentor a team dedicated to Business Improvement, Training and Development and Innovation within NIHE Direct ensuring business objectives are met in a timely and effective manner.
  • To lead the identification, development and implementation of business improvement initiatives across all workstreams within NIHE Direct Maintenance Services and develop/update policies, procedures to reflect changes in processes as required.
  • To collate and analyse operational performance data across all workstreams, providing regular management information and making recommendations for improvements.
  • To monitor and challenge operational performance, identify issues and proactively support improvement initiatives.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Possess a degree level qualification (Level 6) or equivalent level qualification in a relevant discipline with a minimum of 3 years relevant experience.
  • Or Can demonstrate 5 years’ experience in a in a service delivery or operational management role and continued professional development including the attainment of relevant learning qualifications.
