Key Responsibilities
  • Develop business cases and performance metrics
  • Conduct change impact assessments and stakeholder mapping
  • Create and execute communication and engagement plans
  • Co-facilitate workshops and manage follow-up actions
  • Write reports and develop case studies
  • Support delivery of projects from planning to business-as-usual transition

The days will be varied and will include engaging with a variety of clients to understand their needs, mapping current and future states of business processes, collaborating with teams to drive change and improvement and managing priorities and adapting to evolving project scopes across a portfolio of high profile clients.

About You
  • Experienced in change or transformation projects with strong EQ and ability to manage time and stakeholders effectively whilst being flexible to work across multiple projects and locations.
  • Hold change management certifications (APMG, Prosci) and have experience working in a consultancy setting or water sector experience.
