A major retail organization in the UK is seeking a Business Governance and Risk Associate to support key governance and compliance activities. This role involves assisting in report creation, managing risks, and providing guidance within the team. Ideal candidates will have a background in business management and strong problem-solving abilities. The position offers a hybrid working model between Manchester and Scunthorpe, plus competitive benefits.
Business Governance and Risk Associate
£33,000 to £38,000 plus great benefits (Work Level 6A)
Location: Manchester/Scunthorpe (hybrid working - typically two to three days per week spent across our Manchester and Scunthorpe offices, with at least one day each week based in Scunthorpe)

As a Business Governance and Risk Associate in our Business Management, Governance and Risk team, you'll assist your colleagues to make sure we run things smoothly and responsibly. You'll support how we manage risk, stay compliant, and make smart decisions. You'll also play a part in how we show up to senior audiences; helping to create reports and presentations that our leadership team can use to tell the right story.
