Job summary

Siemens Mobility offers a structured apprenticeship programme across multiple UK locations, combining hands-on project experience with mentoring and a clear qualification pathway.

Participants will gain real industry exposure, join a collaborative community, and earn while learning as they progress through Level 3, Level 4, and Level 5/6 tracks designed for high‑school leavers and college leavers seeking degree‑level qualifications.

Qualifications

• Level 3 requires minimum of 5 GCSE grades 5‑9 (C‑A*), including Maths and English.
• Level 4 requires 3 A Levels or BTEC equivalent at grade C (or merit) or above.
• Level 5 or 6 requires 3 A Levels or BTEC equivalent at grade C (or merit) or above.

Responsibilities

• Apprentices will work with Siemens Mobility on real projects and contribute to transport solutions.
• Apprentices will be supported and mentored throughout the programme.

Education

Level 3 Apprenticeship (Advanced) – GCSEs including Maths & English

Level 4 Higher Apprenticeship – 3 A Levels or BTEC (C/merit+)

Level 5/6 Foundation/Degree Apprenticeship – 3 A Levels or BTEC (C/merit+)
