This role operates primarily on a remote working arrangement that will require little to no travel into various UK sites. Our working model arrangements are a non-contractual benefit so please note that an Arden work location is added to our employment contracts.

About our Department

You’ll work in our Business Development Department who are a busy and growing team that are vital in helping us hit our fast growth plans. The team's focus in on building new partnerships and opportunities as well as increasing student numbers across our various campuses and schools.

About the Opportunity

You will take ownership of the design, delivery, and evaluation of training and performance management across the Business Development division. This role ensures that both Education Agents and Business Developers operate in line with Arden’s standards of compliance, quality, and performance.

You will lead on developing training frameworks, overseeing performance monitoring systems, driving continuous improvement, and providing feedback and insights to senior leadership.

You will also act as a key liaison with stakeholders, ensuring performance and compliance objectives align with industry standards.

You’ll be confident working with data, designing training frameworks, and co-ordinating with stakeholders at all levels. Essential Requirements
  • Proven experience in a training, performance, or compliance role within Higher Education or a related sector
  • Advanced knowledge of training design, performance monitoring frameworks, and compliance processes
  • Strong leadership skills and experience managing cross-functional stakeholders
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
  • Highly developed organisational and analytical skills with the ability to manage complex data sets
  • Ability to provide insights and strategic recommendations at leadership level
Desirable Requirements
  • Experience working in education markets
  • Record of introducing innovative performance and training strategies
  • Knowledge of regulatory and compliance frameworks within Higher Education recruitment
  • Experience with tools such as SITS, Microsoft Excel, and Salesforce
