Job Overview

Join a leading UK-based firm in commercial property solutions, as aBusiness Development Support Executive. In this role, you’ll play a critical part in supporting the sales and telemarketing teams by ensuring all CRM data is accurate, actionable, and up to date. You’ll help streamline the business development pipeline, making it easier for the team to engage with high-value clients and hit ambitious long-term growth targets.

If you're detail-oriented, CRM-savvy, and love turning raw data into structured opportunity, this is your chance to support a high-performing team working on deals ranging from£200k to £2 million per client.

Salary: R25, 000 - R28, 000 Per Month

Responsibilities
  • Audit, update and maintain thePipedrive CRM systemwith accurate company and contact data.
  • Verify whether target companies are still trading and update basic business details.
  • Review external data sources to assess key triggers — such aslease expiration dates— to inform outreach timing.
  • Identify the correctpoints of contact (POC)for each account, including C-suite executives, Directors, EAs, and Office Managers.
  • Research company profiles and size using tools such as LinkedIn and databases to refine targeting.
  • Log insights and prepare call sheets so thetelemarketing teamcan focus on high-quality outbound activity.
  • Work closely with the business development team to flag warm leads and prioritise high-value opportunities.
  • Ensure a clean and efficient CRM system that supports a long sales cycle and aligns with Sterling PMD’s strategic growth goals.
Qualifications and Experience

Essential:

  • At least2 years’ experiencein a sales support, business development, or CRM-focused admin role.
  • Experience usingCRM systems(preferablyPipedriveor similar platforms).
  • Strong data entry, auditing, and research skills.
  • Familiarity with usingLinkedInand company databases to verify contacts and business profiles.
  • Highly organised with a process-driven mindset and excellent attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working independently and remotely, with strong communication skills.

Desirable:

  • Previous experience supporting aB2B salesor telemarketing team.
  • Understanding of long sales cycles and high-value account management.
  • Exposure to thecommercial propertyor real estate sector is a bonus.
