A global law firm in London is seeking a Business Development Specialist to drive growth and strengthen client relationships. The Business Development Specialist is integral to driving the firm’s growth and strengthening key client relationships. Working as part of the global Marketing & Business Development team, you will collaborate with colleagues across Clients and Industries groups to deliver impactful initiatives that support the firm’s commercial and marketing objectives. The role involves working closely with senior BD professionals, partners, and lawyers to identify opportunities, create compelling client materials, and support strategic relationship management programmes, directly influencing client engagement and the firm’s ability to win new business.

As a key step within the Relationship Management team, which oversees the firm’s largest and most strategic global client accounts, you will gain the skills, network, and experience needed to progress into more senior roles within the global BD function. This role is based in London, and reports into the Associate Director, Global Clients, Business Development.
Our standard office hours are 09:30-18:00, with a current requirement for 3 days in the office per week.
