A leading insurance firm is seeking a Business Development Specialist. This role involves developing new business opportunities, maintaining strong relationships with brokers, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess a degree in Risk Management or Business, along with 5+ years of experience in a related field. Strong communication and business development skills are essential, alongside knowledge of the insurance industry.
Position Summary: The Business Development Specialist is responsible for developing new business and retaining current customers by providing them with the best customer service. The role develops and enhances relationships with brokers and agents, coordinates with customers for any ad-hoc requests and addresses their enquiries. They support the business development team and serve as a backup for Business Development Coordinator as needed.
