Baldan Group is a European leader in beauty, pharmaceuticals, and medical aesthetics, with more than 280 sales representatives across Europe. As part of our international expansion, we are seeking ambitious Business Development Specialist to join our team in the United Kingdom.

We strongly believe in rewarding results. This role includes a generous 20% commission structure, with the possibility of a commission advance (an advance on commission), designed to keep motivation and earnings high.

Position Overview
  • Develop new business opportunities and manage client relationships.
  • Promote Baldan Group's aesthetic products and technologies.
  • Work closely with beauty and medical clinics, pharmacies, wellness centers, dermatologists, and dentists to drive brand growth.
Key Responsibilities
  • Expand client base through account management.
  • Promote and sell devices and consumables.
  • Conduct client meetings (in‑person & online demos).
  • Provide business growth support (treatment menu optimization, events).
  • Maintain up-to‑date CRM records.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for installations and training.
  • Ensure fast responses and high levels of customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience (ideally in aesthetics, beauty, or medical wellness).
  • Proven success with medical clinics, med‑spas, or beauty centers.
  • Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Force Manager) and Mapsly.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Target‑driven and self‑motivated.
  • Willingness to travel (valid driver's license required).
  • Fluent in English (spoken & written).
  • Existing industry network is a strong advantage.
