🧑💻 The Role

As a Business Development Representative at NewStore, you’ll play a key role in generating pipeline and driving revenue across the European market. You’ll be on the front lines of our growth strategy -sourcing new opportunities, engaging retail decision-makers, and collaborating closely with our sales teams to convert interest into qualified pipeline.

This is more than just an outbound role. We’re looking for someone who’s naturally curious, resourceful, and eager to experiment with tools and tactics -including AI-powered solutions -to reach the right prospects faster and smarter. You’ll gain hands‑on experience with a modern B2B tech stack and be part of a supportive, high-performing go‑to‑market team.

🚀 What You’ll Do
  • Drive top‑of‑funnel activity to create qualified pipeline for NewStore in key European markets.

  • Execute outbound campaigns using a mix of email, phone, LinkedIn, video, and creative tactics to reach and engage retail executives.

  • Leverage platforms like SalesLoft, Salesforce, 6Sense, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to research accounts, personalize outreach, and prioritize efforts based on intent signals and buying stage.

  • Identify and qualify prospects based on business needs, ensuring strong alignment before handing off to Account Executives.

  • Partner closely with Sales Leadership and AEs to align on strategic accounts, outreach timing, and messaging.

  • Maximize use of AI tools and automation (via SalesLoft, ChatGPT, 6Sense, etc.) to improve outreach efficiency, boost productivity, and personalize messaging at scale.

  • Contribute and drive outbound strategies and campaign ideation –sharing what works and iterating quickly.

  • Support industry and customer events (virtual and in‑person) through outreach, coordination, and attendance.

  • Maintain an up‑to‑date understanding of retail and commerce trends, competitors, and market dynamics.

  • Track activity and results with discipline in Salesforce and other internal systems.

  • Consistently hitting or exceeding quarterly pipeline goals and meeting booking targets.

  • Delivering high‑quality, sales‑ready opportunities that progress through the funnel.

  • Becoming a trusted partner to the Sales team—helping them prioritize accounts and uncover new inroads.

  • Taking initiative to test, learn, and share new outreach tactics, especially using AI and automation.

  • Contributing to a culture of curiosity, experimentation, and continuous improvement.

📚 Your Story

We are looking for a strategic thinker with strong business acumen and a track record of driving revenue growth through partner ecosystems. You thrive in collaborative environments, excel at relationship management, and have a results‑oriented mindset.

  • 2+ years of experience in a B2B sales role, ideally within SaaS or technology; retail or ecommerce exposure is a plus.

  • Fluency in English is required; French or German proficiency is a strong advantage.

  • A self-starter with a proactive, resourceful mindset -motivated by goals, energized by solving problems, and unafraid to take initiative.

  • Familiarity with modern sales and marketing tech including Salesforce, SalesLoft, 6Sense, AI personalization tools, and enrichment platforms.

  • Excellent communicator with strong written and verbal skills and a knack for relevant, personalized outreach.

  • Collaborative and strategic, with a proven ability to partner cross‑functionally, build internal and external relationships, and execute go‑to‑market plans.

  • Results‑and data‑driven, with the ability to analyze performance and continuously optimize tactics.

  • Curious, coachable, and growth‑minded, with a genuine interest in the future of retail technology and omnichannel innovation.

  • A Native or Fluent French Speaker, with the ability to confidently engage and build relationships with prospects and partners in French‑speaking markets, while collaborating effectively with our global team in English.
