  • Building the sales pipeline by identifying and creating new qualified sales opportunities (SQLs) through outbound prospecting.
  • Initiating the first contact with a prospect and qualifying their interest.
  • Owning the first point of contact with a potential customer as the intermediary between marketing and sales.
  • Holding intelligent and engaging conversations over the phone and email.
  • Scheduling discovery meetings for the Sales Department.
  • Driving and facilitating effective cross-functional teamwork with Marketing and Sales.
You are ready if you have...
  • At least 1 year of experience in Sales and/or Business Development Representative roles (experience in Logistics is a nice-to-have but not mandatory)
  • Fluent level of English (a must-have). Any additional language would be a plus.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and listening skills.
  • Critical thinking and analytical problem solving skills.
  • A self-starter personality with the desire to learn, grow, and excel in the role.
