Job Summary

As a Sales Development Representative, you’ll be responsible for prospecting and qualifying leads to fuel the sales pipeline. You’ll engage decision-makers via email, phone, and LinkedIn, setting up discovery calls for the sales team. Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and research target companies across UK and European markets.
  • Conduct high-volume outreach via email and LinkedIn, focusing on quality conversations.
  • Qualify leads and book discovery calls for the Account Executive team.
  • Maintain CRM hygiene and track activity meticulously.
  • Collaborate with marketing on campaigns and lead generation efforts.
Qualifications
  • 2+ years' of experience in B2B lead generation or outbound sales (preferably for UK clients).
  • Exceptional written English with a professional, articulate tone.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to work independently.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms (HubSpot, PipeDrive, or similar).
