Are you a motivated, sales-driven professional who thrives on turning leads into results?

We're recruiting for an ambitious Business Development Representative to join a rapidly expanding UK organisation. This is an exciting opportunity to help transform sales operations, boost revenue, and play a key role in future growth.

If you love fast-paced environments, enjoy communicating with customers, and have a talent for closing deals, this role is for you.

Please note, some weekend work will be required (shifts are rotated monthly).

What you’ll be doing:
  • Convert email and live chat enquiries into sales through effective communication
  • Proactively follow up with customers to drive sales, retention, and lead nurturing
  • Process payments via multiple channels while supporting credit control
  • Contribute to sales initiatives and support the wider sales team in hitting ambitious targets
  • Work closely with senior managers to shape and execute impactful sales strategies
What we’re looking for:
  • Experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar role
  • Strong communication skills across email and live chat
  • Confidence using CRM tools and tracking customer activity
  • A proven track record of hitting (or smashing!) sales targets!
  • Resilience and the ability to handle objections smoothly
  • Flexibility to work varying schedules, including one Saturday every two weeks
