Business Development Representative (B2B)

Location: Newcastle Upon Tyne - Hybrid (office-based with 1-2 days WFH)

Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time

Salary: £32,000 (DOE + Commission)

Are you a proactive, tech-savvy sales professional who loves building meaningful relationships and uncovering real business opportunities? We're looking for a Sales Executive who thrives in a consultative environment — someone who wants to help clients solve problems, not push products.

You'll be joining a growing technology company specialising in high-quality digital displays, kiosks, and interactive solutions used by organisations across Retail, Hospitality, Education, Public Sector and more. With a suite of innovative, market-leading hardware, you'll have everything you need to build trust, create value, and drive sales success.

This role is perfect for someone commercially driven, naturally curious, and confident speaking with decision‑makers in the UK and internationally.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Manage and progress a healthy pipeline of leads, prospects, and active deals
  • Accurately report and forecast sales activity
  • Achieve and exceed revenue targets
  • Identify new business opportunities — new markets, partners, resellers, and clients
  • Build strong, profitable relationships with both new and existing partners/clients
  • Develop strategies to generate new revenue and improve sales performance
  • Work closely with the Business Development Manager and support their activities
  • Provide cover for BDM duties during periods of absence
  • Present to clients in the UK and internationally
  • Build a deep understanding of our hardware and software product suite
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of competitors and industry trends
  • Conduct demos and webinars (with technical team support when needed)
  • Collaborate with the Technology Team to deliver client projects
  • Work with Marketing to plan and request required collateral
  • Act as a positive ambassador for the brand on social platforms
