Palladium in London is seeking a Business Development & Programme Manager to grow its UK Public Health portfolio. The role combines BD and project delivery, with 60% BD and 40% programme oversight, based in Palladium's London office with hybrid work.

Palladium’s UKEA Partnership is growingits regional health portfolio, including establishing and growing its presence in the UK public health market. Palladium is seeking an experiencedBusiness Development & Programme Managerto join its UKEA team tosupport business expansion and programme implementation. Joining Palladium’sHealth Cluster, the Manager will bring business development, projectmanagement, and technical acumen to this role. The position will play animportant role in shaping Palladium’s regional health portfolio, developingscalable models for expansion, and promoting health equity throughcollaborative engagement. The primary focus of this role (60%) willbe to drive business development (BD) for new opportunities in health,with a focus on commissioned health services with localauthorities and related public sector bodies. In their BD capacity, the Manager will support client engagement andpositioning, identify new leads, oversee capture and bid pursuits, manage bidteams, contribute strategic and technical content to programme design, andproduce high-quality proposal content. Alongside their BD contributions, theManager will likewise support the successful delivery of our ongoing and newprogrammes (40%) in a project management and technical oversight capacity. While primary responsibilities will bewithin the Health Cluster, Palladium team members at all levels workextensively and collaboratively with others in the company. The incomingManager will likewise contribute to the work of other clusters and regionswithin Palladium to advance growth goals, build relationships and visibilityfor work, develop innovative approaches and methodologies, and create dynamicteams.
The position is based in Palladium’s London officewithin our UKEA partnership. Candidates must the right to work in the UK asvisa sponsorship is unavailable. Palladium supports a hybridworking model with 3 days in office, 2 days from home.
The Manager will work withinUKEA’s health cluster, reporting to a London-based UKEA Health Director.
