Are you a Business Development Manager with a background in ventilation or similar, looking for a fully remote role where you can take ownership of your territory, sell market-leading products, and become a go-to expert within a forward-thinking company?

Join a true market leader in ventilation, supplying high-quality window vents and louvre products used in residential and commercial projects across the UK. Known for quality and innovation, this company invests in product development and employee training. In this regional role covering the North and the Midlands regions of England, you'll develop and manage relationships with Main Contractors, Architects and others. You'll find new business opportunities, offer technical support, and drive sales to grow market share. You'll also attend industry events, give product demonstrations and training, and become a key expert in your area.

This position suits a driven Business Development Manager from the ventilation industry or similar who wants full autonomy, regional responsibility, and the chance to become a trusted expert in an ambitious, forward-thinking company.

THE ROLE
  • Regional sales and business development across the North of England and Midlands
  • Promote Louvre ventilation products with Architects, Contractors, Consultants and others
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Conduct site visits, product demonstrations, and technical training
  • Represent the company at trade shows and industry events
  • Remote-based with travel around the North of England and the Midlands (company vehicle provided)
THE PERSON
  • Business Development Manager with a background in the ventilation industry or similar
  • Full UK Driving Licence
