The Business Development Manager (BDM) is responsible for identifying and pursuing sales opportunities in the assigned region, while maintaining and expanding customer relationships within a defined account base‑including both direct clients and resellers‑to consistently meet and exceed agreed sales targets through the promotion of Profile Software solutions. The BDM operates with a clear objective to drive revenue growth and business expansion, leveraging both headquarters (HQ) resources and close collaboration with marketing and channel partners, but retains full ownership of the sales process and execution. The role is expected to work autonomously, proactively seeking support from HQ and other departments when needed to overcome challenges or enhance results. The BDM brings significant local and international experience in selling Banking & Investment Software Solutions, and demonstrates the ability to drive execution independently while fostering strong partnerships across the business ecosystem.
Maintain a high level of customer and partner satisfaction within assigned accounts, ensuring issues are addressed swiftly and support is requested when necessary to uphold standards of service.
