A recruitment firm is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive sales in South London. You will develop sales strategies, identify new clients, and build relationships. A proven sales track record in a solution-oriented environment is required. The role offers a competitive salary of up to £45,000 with an OTE of £90,000, along with benefits such as uncapped commission, gym membership, and healthcare plan.
Package: Salary up to £40,000 - £45,000 basic salary (£80,000 - £90,000 OTE), car allowance, commission is uncapped, annual companywide discretionary bonus, 25 days annual leave, gym membership, healthcare plan.
We are assisting a client with offices in Central London to recruit for a Business Development Manager to drive sales within one of the company's specific areas – South London.
You will need to come from a solution orientated sales environment such as security, construction, compliance, etc.
You will be performing the full 360 sales process from initial contact through to meeting the client face to face to secure the business.
